Huge dept 56 collector lot, 8 buildings included as well as 11 figurines, 2 stone mats, bushes (not pictured) 2 trees and a train (has small knick see photo) The only flaws on these buildings are as followed Kensington (one too post missing) there is a flag pole also included but no flag sadly. Train (knick on train car) christmas barn had the back door reglued great set for a collector will ship very carefully, all have their boxes except the church.
