Beautiful hand discount painted, hand dyed and Handwoven scarf in deep violet merino wool with flecks of lots of other colours. Ready to ship.

I absolutely love the yarn that I have handwoven this scarf in. It is a hand painted super fine pure merino wool and weaves up so beautifully. The 'feel' is super soft and silky and the colours are truly wonderful. It is predominantly deep violet with shades of lighter and darker violet but also with flecks and sections of blue, brown and pinks. They have combined in a very pleasing way when woven and after washing it has wonderful drape too.
I have very gently hand washed this scarf in cool water in a mild soap, wrapped it in a towel and then dried it flat and any future washes should be done in this way.
I have also finished it with a hand twisted fringe of discount about 2.5 - 3 inches.
