This blush flower girl dress is one of my faves. The chiffon fabric flows and twirls like the best of them. Three layers at three different lengths makes the dress full without being poofy. The high neck ties in the back and laces up. You can cross and tie it, or just simply wear it as a halter dress and tie the straps discount around the neck.
