Cornflower Blue Puerto Rico seaglass bezel necklace. The glass is set in .999 fine silver and has .925 sterling silver backplate. The pendant is 3/4" long, and just over 1/2" wide. It hangs on an 18" sterling silver box chain with a lobster claw clasp.


I am based in northern Ohio, (but just moved to Michigan for awhile) and try to use beach glass from Lake Erie whenever possible, personally picked by me. The colors I find along the lake are limited, so I also use sea glass from other locations, such as Hawaii and Puerto Rico. I am in contact with a couple awesome fellow sea glass lovers in those places who send me the colors I need.

*Please take special care of your sea glass jewelry! The glass (like any other glass, tumbled or not) can be cracked or broken if handled too rough. I use mainly sterling silver components for my pieces. Sterling silver does tarnish over time, and can be wiped shiny and new again discount with sterling silver polishing/cleaning cloths. Also, keeping your piece in a sealed baggie helps as well as it prevents air from getting to it. I keep mine in baggies and they show very little tarnish, even after a couple of years!*
