This artwork was inspired by a painting created by my grandmother over 25 years ago. My version is primarily created from thousands of pieces of paper, layered together to create the mermaid and merman and the cave they are swimming through.
The background was created using alcohol inks, resin, spray paint and stencils in 4 different layers.
