Kigu discount The Liberty Clock Powder Compact - With Sleeve

Rare vintage Kigu The Liberty Bell powder compact.
Features the lid is the Liberty Clock above Liberty's Department Store in London. The face depicts St. George slaying the dragon discount and reads "No minute gone comes ever back again, Take heed and see ye nothing do in vain."

Condition is very good. The compact has been used, but has minor surface wear. There is a black splotch on the back, that I don't know what it is, it looks like maybe ink from a pen. The mirrors is in good shape, but does have a few spots. The mirror has no cracks and no water damage. Has the original sifter, but the original puff is missing.
The compact has not been cleaned and should be sanitized before use. Comes in protective sleeve, but does not have the original box.
