This is something I have been working on and has a great look. I am calling it the bendable curved wooden floating shelf the title is long I know. The shelf is made from wooden blocks of the same size which are cleaned, sanded and stained (if needed). I use reclaimed wood only so every shelf is unique in shape, color and pattern. You can arrange the shelf in any direction and pretty much any curve, the spaces in between the blocks are manually adjustable. It can be hung on any type of wall surface or room.


As always all my stuff is handmade with neatness, passion and love. These shelves are available in different sizes. I can completely customize them including blocks of different shapes sizes and different kinds of reclaimed woods. I can also use natural branches from trees, they will be treated to prevent rotting and insects (don't worry I'm not going to cut trees, the branches come from trees which are cut every day in NYC and the metropolitan area). If you want a shelf of any specific size please let me know and I will make one for you (it may discount take a few days depending on the size/wood/cut etc.). Also please note that the shelves bend slightly under their own weight or more if the distance between the blocks is increased. An example of this occurrence would be let's say a shelf that is 24 inches wide and the bend decreases the overall length of it to 22 or 20 inches long and so on.
