Long Lining 3/8" Thin Line" Reins Yacht Braid w Leather Connectors, Stainless Snaps, NO POPPERS Ground discount Driving, Long Lines Custom USA

These are custom made long lining / double lunging reins made with premium, round yacht braid (braid over braid) in a 3/8" diameter.. thinner/ lighter than 1/2" .. and sold by the pair. The 3/8" rope is strong (average tensile strength is 4800#) , yet light weight enough for long lining, double lunging and more ... super for sensitive / well trained horses! The latigo leather connector is 5/8" wide discount, and is attached with laces. The stainless steel scissors snaps are sturdy and won't rust! They are also removable if you prefer to tie the leather tabs directly on to your bit. This style doesn't offer leather poppers on the ends.. the tail ends are hand melted and blunted so there are no sharp edges. The bit end of the lines are narrow enough to fit thru the rings on a surcingle, caveson, or martingale! The double braided polyester rope is abrasion, stretch, UV, and tangle resistant, soft on your hands, and made in the USA. Available in black rope. A pair of the 30' length of these weigh a little over 2 lbs... Really appreciated when using the upper rings on a surcingle!

The leather connectors can be either black or burgundy brown.. Also available in a little thicker/heavier 7/16" for horses that can use a little more weight and pressure for their cues, and 1/2" plus diameter, which is the heaviest that I recommend for long lines.
