Great condition with no structural damage or issues. Typical scuffing discount of finish on edges and corners of a piece of this age, A sliver of wood on the upper area appears to have been chipped. The area is roughly 1 inch long and tends to blend with the carving of the piece. Not a hugely noticeable blemish but there just the same. Scuffs and finish can be freshened up with old english which will darken the lighter scuffed areas, if desired. Pre-owned / used and many decades old.
