Red Velvet Vintage Turban discount Hat 1940s 22" Small Head

Vintage red velvet turban/pillbox hat is an unusual style. It has a wide ruched band around the head, then the top part is sort of like a chefs hat, you can shift it to give it many different looks.

The velvet is quite different too, its a shiny stiff napped style. Iridescent, almost.

The inside band is 22" which is small. It has discount a mark on the velvet on the front of the pouf, but a hat pin, flower or some other decoration can hide it. ( see photo)
