This is a very rare hard to find sonic the hedgehog mean machines magazine. Issue # 8 came out in May 1991, which predates the first actual sonic comic book which was released in the Fall of 1991. Book does show slight wear around. On the inside the only thing missing is a cut out to subscribe to more issues. This issue is discount extremely hard to find in the United States.
