One of a kind pieces with unique elegant coloring and finish. One still has the discount original sticker affixed. If anyone knows the maker based on the sticker, please let me know:-) These have subtle coloring and a higher quality finish. For example, the face is not a bright white or overglazed shiny. Also compare the facial expressions. These have a different shade of coloring in the face that adds to their character. There is also subtle crackling which might be original or vintage patina. Overall the facial expressions are not smooth nor even in colored but crackly and weathered. The browns and greens coloring used in the body and the base appear more natural and muted. It is glazed but not as highly glazed or as shiny or reflective as others.These monkeys are very elegant and poised. Excellent vintage mint condition. Nice original coloring. Expertly finished.
