An unusual and striking vintage metal box with decorative lid of floral motif. Unmarked so uncertain of maker or type of metal, possibly tin but looks and feels like silver. Porcelain or ceramic top. Sturdy and weighty, fits together well. Lid is slightly concave. Metalwork around outside edges is intricately decorated.

Lovely patina! Some scuffs on the bottom but doesn't show when displayed. The edges of the box have not been polished there could be variations in color of metal when patina discount is not present. If the buyer would like it polished before shipment just let us know! Also comes in the original box it was purchased in.
Would be a perfect jewelry box for a gift or a presentation.
